The 2016 Graciano is boisterous and vibrant with lifted aromatics, juicy blueberries, tart cranberry and poached plum. The fruit-spectrum is supported by a savoury twist of hazelnut, cashew and a creamy lees-effect.
There is an exotic spice explosion with star anise, five spice, hints of green pickled tomatoes and creamy avocado. Its aroma is reminiscent of an old farm cellar where pickle jars fill the shelves. Love it!
