Graciano is prized for its acidity, structure and intense aromatics. Our vines yield few bunches, but the fruit is exquisite. It is as at home here in McLaren Vale as it is in its native soils of Rioja; thriving in our arid landscape.
The steady ripening conditions of the 2018 vintage gave us ample time in the winery to nurture the balance between the delicate floral notes and the bright, vibrant acidity typical of Graciano. The resulting wine bears heady aromas of dark fruits and gentle szechuan spice, all while dancing heartily on the palate.
Enjoy this wine in good company, with a wholesome basque seafood and chorizo stew.
