Our Mosaic of Dreams is a contemporary wine of structure and finesse inspired by the Mediterranean shores of southern France. This Grenache-driven blend harmoniously balances the soft spice range of Mourvèdre, the elegance of Syrah and the plush fruit of Carignan.

The 2022 vintage unveils aromatically, enchanting with subtle springtime field flowers and wild berries. Savoury spices lie beneath, further developing into herbaceous amaro-like bitters.

Bright red fruits, perfectly ripe, greet first on the palate with warmth and intrigue, seamlessly evolving with a dusting of delicate riverbed silt. The confectionery and savoury tessellate evenly with a soft tannin chew, subconsciously lingering long after the wine is done. You will continue to marvel at the glitter and flavour. Full ruby-red colour. Black fruit, biltong, candied violets and ground black pepper aromas. Powerful and driven, weighty black fruits are at the bottom of the layers. Smoked meat, anise, clove and cracked black pepper notes all sit on the palate. A lot of character but it all sings in harmony with gravelly tannins offering tension and persistence. This isn’t your typical McLaren blend, built more around the savoury optic. Time in the glass allows it to unfurl. 95 points.
