Get involved in the winemaking this vintage

An exclusive free event for our La Famiglia Grappa members.

Join Justin and Zack for an interactive morning in the Samuel's Gorge winery. You'll learn about the peasant skill that is winemaking, have a chance to see first hand how our winery operates in the harvest season and be able to get involved in some of the winework. All this will be followed by a light lunch.

Open Day 2: Saturday, 29th of March 2025

Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm

Where: Samuel's Gorge Winery, 193 Chaffey's Road, McLaren Vale SA 5171

Wear: Wear clothes you won't mind getting wine on, closed shoes and shorts, so that you can jump in and get a little dirty. You are likely to be shovelling grapes, using the press and doing pumpovers.

This is one of our most sought after LFG events, so we are running two separate Saturday sessions. Spots are limited so if you would like to go into the draw to attend, please add one or two 'tickets' to your basket (tickets are limited to two per person), before the end of Monday 24 February.

Those that are successful in obtaining a spot will be notified via email on Wednesday 26 February.
