The 2019 vintage initially appears savory before charming aromas of plump black cherries and caraway fill the nostrils, luring you in with roasted coffee beans and Liquorice Allsorts. This Tempranillo sits wide across the palate with vivid acidity balancing delicately on the soft, dark tar-like fennel characters and long white peppery finish.
This wine has “age” written all over it. If you have the patience and the space, load up and let this baby sit for years to come. You will most certainly reap the benefits over time.
