2012 Capisce Rose
Our style has reference to Euro spice, floral aromatics, our signature savoury thread and most importantly the 'mouth feel' and texture that makes it an exciting drink. Rosé should always be made with deliberate intention. With purpose, we select grapes of aromatic charm: Grenache, Mourvedre and Shiraz. The grapes are gently pressed to yield a salmon colour and then wild fermented away from skin contact. Our house Rosé is dry in reference to sugar but rich and chalky across the palate.
