Our Cellar Door
Our winery and cellar door is open daily from 11am - 5pm, with the exception of Christmas Day.
Housed in an old barn built in 1853, overlooking the spectacular Onkaparinga River National Park, visitors are encouraged to relax and unwind with us as we take you through our range of delicious red wines. Watch our winemakers at work in our open air winery or simply grab a glass and take in our stunning surrounds. Our home is yours to explore. Â
We focus on red wines, making a concise range of Mediterranean varieties. Tastings include the available core range wines and cost $10 per person, redeemable on purchase (free for La Famiglia Grappa members).We suggest allowing approximately 45 minutes for your tasting experience. Walk ins are welcome, but please note that we do not accept groups larger than six.

Cellar Door
Perched atop a hill, with sweeping views over the national park, it is easy to forget the rest of the world exists as you taste through our range of wines. Our amazing staff will regale you with stories and provide insights, answering any questions you may have. We want to make the place nice and welcoming, so in the summer months we provide rugs so you can sprawl on the lawns and in winter there is a cozy fireplace to warm up by.
Outdoor Winery
All of our wines are made onsite, under the front verandah. With no walls to the winery, everything is done out in the open. During the harvest period you are welcome to watch the winemakers in action, a unique experience that will give you the best insight into the Samuel's Gorge wines.
